Common questions

How does my child sign in?
Open your child’s profile in the parent app and tap Connect. On your child’s phone, open Yippo, tap I’m a kid, and scan the code or type the 6 digits.

My child’s phone was reset or logged out.
Connect it again with a new code. Their points, level and history are kept.

How do I delete our data?
In the parent app, tap Delete account on the home screen. This permanently deletes your family’s chores, history, photos and logins. See the privacy policy.
